This machine is single side glue labeling machine, it is mainly composed of labeling head, label delivery mechanism, bottle delivery mechanism, gluing, labeling etc.
This machine adopts touch screen and PLC control system, pneumatic press the bottle and labeling, high automation and easy operation, the labeling position is kept the same with beautiful labeling outlook, using normal label paper, to greatly save time and cost.
It is widely used in wine, pharmaceutical, food and chemical industry, etc.
FEATURES
Adopts mechanical transmission in whole, transmission parts equipped with closed lubricating-oil-providing tank turn smoothly and deftly with little faults and noise.
Load of motor is low, panel and plate of turntable are made from stainless steel, which is durable, clean and rustless and easy to maintain.
It can work alone or connect with other machines to be auto production line.
It covers little space and can be moved at will to adjust space distribution at workplace.
